I am trying to more the headers more consistent.
If you want next time you can change:
From:
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8-bit
To:
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
On https://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/gettext.html it says:
Content-Transfer-Encoding
Set this to 8bit.
From:
"Project-Id-Version: Vim(deutsch)\n"
To:
"Project-Id-Version: Vim 8.1\n"
Or (if you dont want to update it each time):
"Project-Id-Version: Vim\n"
Because it already says german i:
"Language-Team: German\n"
