Sure. I'm editing with syntax highlighting on, and ideally with a fullscreen (or at least fairly big, around 180 x 48) window. The file I'm editing is around 700 lines of PHP code (it isn't specific to this one file), and can be found here if you want to try it yourself: http://github.com/vito/chyrp/tree/master/includes/controller/Main.php
Overall it's still usable, but it's still a very noticeable speed decrease when compared to other editors, or when the window is at a smaller size, or when syntax is off.
