I have been touch typing for many years and it has always been
natural to me to NOT move my hand when using hjkl. Instead, I
use the "proper" fingers for each key, and just slightly move
my index finger when I need to press 'h'. BTW it's often best to
move the cursor with things like 5W (5 WORDS which is more than
5w for 5 words), or fx (find 'x', i.e. jump to 'x') and more.

While pressing Esc is a nuisance, I find it's not too bad; I
shift my left hand to the left, and a couple of fingers feel the
edge of the keyboard, while another hits the key.

However, I recently cleaned up the following tip and much to my
amazement I find that the "Using the Enter key" section is very
easy to love (after a couple of hours of getting used to it).
