With the old "Disk Copy," you can make Disk Images from Disks, to make new
identical disks later. So no, you cannot (I don't think) make floppies from
any CD. (Check your CD and see if it has a folder of disk images. Some did
from back then).

The CD he mentioned (OS 7.5.3) has disk images for floppies of the operating
system on it, put on there by Apple. The disk also has Disk Copy 4.0 on it,
so if he has blank floppies he has all he needs to make a complete set of
new 7.5.3 install disks for his Quadra 950.
