one is the 40SC pulled from the classic, as the origional one The other, as i just re-opened my Classic, does have the resistors on it, and is a Quantum ProDrive LPS 3.5" HDD 250MB SCSI with a firmware copyright of 1993
(both are ProDrive LPS disks) The cable IS keyed I will test it WITHOUT a battery and HDD to see what happens to it...
