Hi Sterling, Check out this site, it has information on how to make Mac OS disks using your PC.
http://home.earthlink.net/~gamba2/pc2mac.html I also suggest you go to mactracker.ca and get Mactracker as it has a lot of data relating to everything Apple. It states that the Mac Plus has an 800KB floppy drive so you will need disks of that size/ format or will need to reformat some 1.44MB down to 720 KB (PC) / 800KB (Mac). If you have trouble please contact me off-list and I will help you any way I can. I will even make you some system disks.
