Just so you aren't misled. It is not really feasible to
try to convert ADB to anything else. Best be would be to
find an ADB keyboard and mouse. Just about any model will
work.

I have run Classic IIs with 7.5.5. Worked well, though
a bit slow (but it is to be expected with a 68K processor!).

There are a few SCSi to Ethernet devices that can be used
with these, but they are scarce. They do AppleTalk just
fine, though.
