Actually, both Belkin and some other KVM switch manufacturer made ADB
to PS/2 adapters.  I have the Belkin one, which is
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270347604052.

I also have a SCSI/Ethernet adapter, the DaynaPort-3 model.  They are
available, if you look around.
