Not according to the MIL-Spec which defined the DA, DB, DC and DD  
"rack and panel" connectors, and which came in 9, 15, 25, 37, 50 and  
100 pin configurations.

But, AMP Inc DID make a 19-pin D-Subminiature which was  
euphemistically called a DB-19. It was made exclusively for Apple.
