I was using Mac OS X for the downloads, yes. However, I made another attempt with System 7.5.5 running in the emulator (BasiliskII). I used iCab to download the files from the Apple site. These are all .bin files except the first one, which is a .sea.bin The text file on the site says you should doubleclick the first to unpack the lot. Doesn't work for me. Unpacking the first with Stuffit Expander 5.5 results in the error mentioned above: The ShrinkWrap engine has reported an error. Error -43 Could the files be corrupt? Is anyone able to confirm that using these files works for them? http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English-North_American/Macintosh/System/Older_System/System_7.5_Version_7.5.3/
