Yes, that sound.  More a humming, but . . .

It was a mild amusement while waiting :)

I recall a law school professor who was amused by adding "blech" to
his system.  (a retcing sound when ejecting a disk).  It wasn't
amusing all that long, though, and the tools to *remove* such
resources didn't come until the next release of the system :)
