I have looked at getting an Acard adapter to try, but have had issues with
their PATA-SATA adapters (due to my failure to realize their PATA-SATA adapters
only work with specific SATA drives instead of being generic converters)...
This has made me a bit gun-shy about their products. I would appreciate any
testing you could do to help figure this out.

There is good news though, the Rushmore drive is working splendidly in my IIfx
so that seems to be a workable solution for the moment... And oh so fast!
Which leads me to another thought... How did FWB ever sell any Jackhammer SCSI
cards? My experience shows they are slower than a drive connected to the
internal SCSI bus. I am sure the issue is largely due to the NuBus transfer
rate being so anemic, but still... How did they ever sell even 1?

Of course now that I am looking at using my IIfx I have come upon an issue with
the 8*24GC card (perhaps I should start another thread - LOL)... Will it never
end?
