Thanks for you help, that worked. The Plus didn't have much dust in it I guess because it has no fan. The case of it has the signatures of Jobs, Woz, Kottke, etc. Was this in all of the Plus models, it looks like something was made and put into them. The Classic was dusty inside and needed cleaned out and the screen by the fan was really clogged and got all of that cleaned out.

Place the Mac face down on something soft, hold the handle then use the Torx driver in the screw heads to push while pulling on the handle of the case.
