I did a test setup with 2 20MB, 1 40MB partition, with the rest of the
drive space in the 4th, and it works just great now! Thanks. It writes
and reads without any problem now, and with my 4MB of ram coming, all
I need now is a wretched keyboard...

I haven't checked the jumper settings on the 50MB drive, but I don't
remember messing with them since I got it, and that drive initially
worked just fine  with the plus. However, I mounted it on my color
classic, and aside from reading at an incredibly slow rate, it didn't
seem to function properly. I think I'm going to swap the guts out from
the working 2GB drive and put them into the other case now it's
working again.

It's one of those cool APS cases that fit perfectly underneath the
original Mac form factor cases, and it will complete the look :)
