Thanks Clark. I suspect the floppy issue myself. But I do not have another working floppy to try out. Though I have ordered the Floppy EMU and that should really take care the both issues. If with any luck that works out, I will try to create some working floppy with it.
PRAM is indeed out of battery. I think that might be one of the course. I might just simplely clip some AA batteries and try. Memory seems fine. I did do a dry run without the floppy, and no sad mac comes up. Thanks for the tips, I am gonna get to work and see whats going on!
