Quick update! After inspecting the all the board thoroughly again. I found 
that the resister for recognising 256k Ram has been clipped off! The 
previous owner must have installed 4Mb Ram on the machine. And I sholder it 
back, everything works fine!

How I wish he has told me that! Now I am on the Mac Plus!
