That's what I THOUGHT, but before posting, I checked in the "Monitors and
sound" control panel on this computer (an iMac running 8.6) and the choices
for "Resolution" were:
640 x 480, 117Hz
800 x 600, 95Hz
1024 x 768, 75
No mention of anything "per inch"
So I guess (in this control panel anyway) Apple's definition of "resolution"
is "Number of horizontal and vertical pixels, and the refresh rate" or
something like that...
They're just out to mess with your head I say.
