The II series Macs (IIci, IIsi) use sync on green video. Pee Cee
monitors do not. I don't believe there are any DIP switch type
adapters that will work.
However, Griffin Technologies makes a "II series" adapter for just
that purpose. It's a single function, single resolution (640X480)
adapter. I've got one on my IIci. It's molded plastic. So, I can't
open it up & see what's inside. Maybe just a capacitor bridging
across from the green signal to the monitor's sync pin(s).
