Might be.  Grab a voltmeter and check the voltages.  I don't remember what
they're supposed to be, but you shouldn't have any that are zero other than
the black/brown wires :)

The PSU won't even start if those PRAM batteries aren't installed properly,
though - make sure you didn't put one in backwards.
