Lemme just clarify a few points here and then I'll give you what I think
ought to work...

1) You have a dialup connection that needs to be routed.
2) You have Ethernet and modem connections on the iBook.
3) The "incoming" TCP/IP connection on the iBook is through the modem.

So given the above, you should be able to set up DNS and DHCP on the iBook,
along with NAT.  (Since you're running X on there, most of this stuff is
built-in already and free, even if it's not built in.)  Hook the iBook to a
hub and it should automagically get the rest of the Macs online as long as
their TCP/IP is set to connect via Ethernet/DHCP.

Note: with a 56K connection, I wouldn't try too hard to use more than one
Mac at a time to access Internet-based stuff.  But you knew that already,
right? :)
