I did this just to say I could. You need to cut and clear some sheet metal,
remove the floppy/hard drive setup, and that's the only way to fit that
right-angle thang into a Mac SE/30 when you want a Daystar Accelerator plugged
into it. The hard drive just droops out the back of the chassis with the rear
cover removed.

To keep the SE/30 from refusing to start, you need to de-socket the co-processor
on the extender.
