For Netscape you must make sure you always close your
table with the </table> tag. If you don't Netscape
will either only display what's above the table or
it won't display anything at all. There are some other
things like that which Netscape insists you follow
the standards on. (At least 4.8 and older does!)

If you're going to use PNG graphics, Netscape 4.xx
has a little problem, which actually exposes a bug
with how some graphics software creates PNG files.
If your PNG has transparency but no color is actually
specified as transparent, the Netscape PNG renderer
will pick a color to be transparent and the background
color of the image will show through. It figures if
the PNG has transparency, then by golly it _will_
have it! ;)
