A/UX doesn't play nicely with either one, although there are some BSD
distributions that work OK on the PowerCaches.

The "Turbo 030" doesn't exist.

Either bad cache or the program you're running doesn't like the 040's cache
mode, which was a common problem back in the day, BenjiOak.
