Sounds like an interesting project indeed. The 7100 has a very ugly 
desktop box (just like anything between the quadra 650 and the beige 
powermac G3). Putting the insides in the nicely proportioned IIcx box 
is a nice improvement esthetically. Next step would be to install a 
G3 upgrade and run modern software in a IIcx.. :-)
