Due to some server-side problems, this reply is a bit late, but nevertheless:

Well, the owner (my brother) had forgotten about the normal drag-to-trash
eject method. He didn't know about the cmd-E command in the special menu,
so he saw no way out, thought it was his fault and started pulling and
picking and plicking and pickleling at the disk, through the hole. Later,
he remembered about the large paperclip I provided with the LC and
finishred the job with that. The flop was pretty damaged by then. Somehow,
he managed to get it out... :)
