It lives between the back of the floppy/hard drive carrier, (plastic one), between that and the power supply. You get to it by pushing a thin finger down in there and moving the plastic latch toward the hard drive/floppy drive carrier, and raising the unplugged power supply straight up in a wiggling manner.
