It is, but it's MacBinary encoded. The easiest way
by far (if you have a PC with Windows handy) is
to download the demo of TransMac then use it to
copy the .bin or .hqx file from the PC to a 1.4M
Mac formatted floppy and use the option to decode it
at the same time. Then pop the floppy into the Mac,
copy the file of the floppy (hold Option while
dragging to the Desktop) then doubleclick and the
.sea should Self ExtrAct.
