When I started Toast 3.5.7 on this G3 Tower with OS 9.2.2, Toast "knew" the Yamaha was there. It did a buffer test for me. I have no blank CD/Rs so I couldn't check the burn-time and performance. I can say it'll be an improvement over the Smart and Friendly 6004 I have now. I'm running only the OS's Apple CD Extensions and the Toast CD Extension. And MY Yamaha is ready to burn.
