I did find out which OS it was - it was Finder 6.1.7, and System 6.0.7. The other disks did install 7.0, so I don't think I have to worry for now...

Worry? About 6.07? 7.0 will give you far more to worry about, It is better to upgrade to 7.1 or 6.08.
