Ok, I installed 6.0.8 with my 800k disks, and I got a bomb during 
installation.  So I downloaded the 1.4MB Images, put them on floppies, 
and installed it.  It now starts up from a cold boot in 17.1 seconds, 
and a restart takes 8.46 seconds.

Thanks for everyone's help.
Also, where could I purchase a Drive LED?  I think I have the right 
connector... go to
