I think the best site for you is : http://www.mactech.com
This is a descendent of the original MacTutor which existed in the old 68K days. They have archives which go back to the original release of MacTutor magazine in the '80s. I will warn you that proper Mac 68K assembly programming is no easy feat, but the results can be astounding if you are a competent programmer. You definitely want to get yourself some good books to assist you in this endeavor. If you would like, I can give you a list of the books I have and rate them in terms of learning value... I warn you, it is an extensive list as I am an assembly language hound and (obviously, since I am on this list) love the old Macs (although I am migrating more toward the '040). If you are interested in Pascal, I would suggest : http://www.pascal-central.com Pascal is a great starter language for Mac 68K programming, all the original toolbox syntax is geared around it. A good general programming site : http://www.programmersheaven.com Good luck, Derek > Does anybody here know of a good website for learning how to program > the 68k mac. Especially accessing the gui and os from asm code. > > TIA. > -- > Dowe Keller [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- Vintage Macs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
