Well -- checked out the tool on my lunch break -
here's the deal -- It cost $19.00 at my local place -
it's a wheel that you hook to a drill that has the
consistency of a hard pencil eraser --
It's made by 3M/scotchbrite called Stripe Removal
wheel -- I'm gonna hold off and try the "lift it"
chemical first -- (I've been doing some sanding on
other panels too, so I might just do that)
