Some adhesives after years of being baked on by the sun as difficult to
remove. I thought  that baked on duct tape was next to impossible.
According to Garnett Horner,  our NASA engineer, MEK, or methyl ethyl
ketone, will wipe the adhesive right off.  I have not yet tried it, but
Garnett says it works well.
