Doesn't look good to me - I concur it looks like it was in an  
accident then patched up. Though I can't imagine the accident causing  
the hood to raise so uniformly - that might be a bad mix of parts or  
poor repair job.

Even if the motor is good, P38,000 seems high. If it's not a long  
trip, I say go take a look with the mindset you're not buying. You  
never know really until you see and drive it, and if the damage is  
cosmetic, it may be a great project. I love that year as well.
