Tammer,
Tell the guy you will meet him at a bodyshop of your choice. Have a 
professional bodyman give it the once over. A case of beer to the bodyman is 
cheap insurance for an investment of 38000 pesos! If the bodyman says it's 
bent, then walk away. There are 1000's of other bugs out there. I know it's 
tough when you really want something badly, but you will be so sorry in the 
long run if you have to have massive bodywork done to restore it. Bugs are very 
common.
