Piece of trivia stuck in my head. Motorcycle shop. Jets for a Mikuni (?) carb. If they don't have the size you need buy small and drill to spec (with a proper set of jet drill bits).
If you're good enough with a torch to avoid destroying your current jets you should be able to fill the old jets with high temp brazing solder and redrill them like new too.
