The Cip page does not feature any rubber gaskets in the related items section 
on the right hand side.
 
   Maybe asking Cip a question would help? Im guessing this kind of lock used 
the same rubber gasket as the regular bracket but its just a guess. And then 
maybe it has a hole for the lock itself to pass thru.
 
   I guess we can get a diagram somewhere as to how this locked worked, as in 
what made it lock the steering shaft. Anyone has more clues??
