the rubber ring is about 3" long with a metal grommet where the pin passes thru to engage the steering shaft. the original non locking ring is less than 1" length. i have 3 sets of 61-66 locking columns. i also have 3 of the lock cylinders for 1967 only locking columns. i do not wish to seperate the parts for 61-66.. if you email your normal email address i can take pictures and email to you.
