the rubber ring is about 3" long with a metal grommet where the pin passes
thru to engage the steering shaft. the original non locking ring is less
than 1" length. i have 3 sets of 61-66 locking columns. i also have 3 of the
lock cylinders for 1967 only locking columns. i do not wish to seperate the
parts for 61-66.. if you email your normal email address i can take pictures
and email to you.

The Cip page does not feature any rubber gaskets in the related items
section on the right hand side.

Maybe asking Cip a question would help? Im guessing this kind of lock
used the same rubber gasket as the regular bracket but its just a guess. And
then maybe it has a hole for the lock itself to pass thru.

I guess we can get a diagram somewhere as to how this locked worked, as
in what made it lock the steering shaft. Anyone has more clues??
