I don't recall ever seeing a front bumper bracket with
a tow loop - but a loop was added to one end of the
lower beam tube on later cars. I suppose it'd be
possible to take the loop from a rear bumper bracket
and graft it onto a front, but like I said I don't
think it'd be authentic. If it WAS some special M-code
option it's gonna be rare as the proverbial hen's
tooth.
