I'm not aware of such an adapter for this application, but they may exist. Most folks that install later Porsche brakes on thier early VW, also install later Porsche wheels, not VW wheels. You could install early Porsche brakes that already use a VW wide-5 lug pattern. I have a full set, but they are rare and expensive finned-aluminum big drums.
