The rear body mounts inside rear fender are moved in 68 and newer. 67 and
older frame and bodies are same. You can drill out the mounts on each side
and reposition then where they should be.

I have a '63 on a '71 pan, everything lines up, I think (I didn't do the
swap the PO did), I've never had any problems with the body/pan
marriage. Even when I had a 1600 with heat, with just a little more
wiggling, everything fit nice. I also put a 2" narrowed beam with
dropped spindles and ghia disk brakes up front. Drives and stops very
nice.
