Keep in mind that method only allows you to adjust the volume relative to the volume of the other sounds. Next, turn your rotor to Voice Over volume. Now, using the single-finger vertical flick, you can adjust the volume of VO. I used this method during a call to increase VO volume relative to the phone's volume and VO is now louder than my phone call.
