Hello,

I do not know. Try going in to settings, sounds, find the alert you want, play 
the assigned sound, and whilst the sound is playing press the up-arrow to turn 
the volume up. After you leave the alerts, check the volume of your phone and 
even turn the volume down. The next time the particular alert activates, is it 
at the higher volume you set? This is how to test and see if it is possible. 
Please report back with your findings.
