Hi, I am using iphone 4s. If I abort the scan, and then try to scan again it tells me it is scanning, but there are no ticks, and it doesn't find a bar code. I have tried seeing if it were scanning and just not making the ticks but when it doesn't make the ticks even if it says it is scanning it doesn't find codes. Hi Roger, I just tried that and did not have a problem, so if you can
give a little more information, maybe we can zone in on it.

1.  you are scanning and decide to abort the scan
2.  you tap twice
3.  at that point, the scan process aborts and you should see the
Digit-Eyes main screen that has the scan button and the scanning tips
button.
4.  When you double tap the scan button, the scanning starts again.

A couple of questions so I can be sure I'm coming as close as possible
to duplicating your experience:
1.  what kind of device are you using?  IPhone 3Gs, 4, 4S, iPad III ?
2.  have you updated Digit-Eyes to the most recent release?

Hi Roger,

What you are describing isn't really how we intended the product to
work. After you scan, and you see a product, there is a scan button
that you can use to scan again. So if you are not finding another
scan button, it argues that you are perhaps on a page of the app that
is different from the results page.

If you are in the "more information" section, that is actually in a
browser and you'll need to click the "Results" back arrow to return to
where you see the scan button.

So, the first question is "are you seeing scan results" at all? If
not, the phone / pad is still in scan mode and we can help you with
scanning?

And the second one is "do you find the scan button on the results
page" ? If this is a problem, we may need you to send a screenshot
to [email protected] You can take the screen shot by holding
down the home key at the bottom of the display and simultaneously
clicking the "on" button at the top of the unit. You'll then need to
go to the display of photos and select the last one and email it to
us.

And the third is "are you on the more information page?" If so, click
the "results" back arrow to return to results and scan again?
