I know that at least in Oakland, for in stadium seating, they didn't have
the delay or they didn't as of last time I was able to go to a game a couple
of seasons ago. This was in direct response to the complaints of fans not
being able to listen to the game on their radios. I guess you could always
try contacting the team and make your displeasure known and get others to do
the same. I doubt that the app will ever be capable of broadcasting in
real-time, but at the very least to have the radio feed sync up with the
actual game.
