Hi, If you currently don't own an Apple TV, then I'd strongly urge you to cancel until they fix the app, if they ever do. The last time I tried to email them about issues, I got no response at all, so it leads me to believe they're another one of those companies that don't give a damn about the small market for visually impaired people, which in and of itself is pretty pathetic.
