Hi, That's the 1 thing I really don't like about Apple...how proprietary they are. Thanks for your response Amy. I've been very happy with your company and the only reason I mentioned where I bought this charger was to communicate that it is not an Apple charger. I certainly don't want to give the impression that you are selling inferior products. Kim

I know that I have seen that error message on my own iPhone when I'm using the charger that comes with my phone, but it in my case will generally start working with a reboot or by unplugging and plugging it back in. I was charging the phone when all of the sudden I heard a message that "this device is not supported" and that was that. Now that particular charger no longer works.
