A hot new GPS app just entered the app store. BlindSquare uses FourSquare's location database to provide points of interest. You can also add your own private points. It will also tell your location and nearest cross street, everything you need. I really like it! I can't find an iTunes link yet, but you can find it by searching on your iDevice in the app store. It doesn't have any documentation yet, but hopefully you can figure out, and you can ask if you have any questions. Enjoy!
