I'm sure that if there are phone numbers on the screen, you can tap them
to call them just like all other apps you can use on the iPhone. This is
a standard iPhone feature. As to your other questions, the link to the

in case you want to check out what else they say. I'm not sure if you
can do routes.

FourSquare's location database to provide points of interest. You can
also add your own private points. It will also tell your location and
nearest cross street, everything you need. I really like it! I can't
find an iTunes link yet, but you can find it by searching on your
iDevice in the app store. It doesn't have any documentation yet, but
hopefully you can figure out, and you can ask if you have any
