It's really just a great sounding speaker set for the iPhone and iPod. It's maybe half the size of a loaf of bread, but the sound is really fantastic, especially for its size. It uses the highly loved TrakTrex horns for highs and they sound great along with really good bass as well. It is not an alarm clock however but it will turn on whenever your device turns on so you can use any app you want to set alarms or reminders. The remote is simple with power, play/pause, prev, next, and volume up and down.
